By using Chooser Online, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the App
Chooser Online is provided for entertainment and casual decision-making. The app is not intended for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, gambling, or other high-stakes decisions.
Chooser Pro
Chooser Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks cosmetic customization features such as premium themes and winner effects. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store payment information.
In-app purchases are tied to the Apple ID used to make the purchase and may be restored on supported devices using Apple’s restore purchase functionality. Refunds and billing issues are handled by Apple according to Apple’s App Store policies.
No Warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
