Effective August 2, 2026
LeadLens is designed to help you extract contact information from images, organize leads, and prepare email drafts. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
LeadLens may access photos you select or images you take with the camera. The app may extract and store information such as names, companies, email addresses, phone numbers, websites, and the text recognized in an image. You may also create and store email templates.
Text recognition is performed on your device. Your saved leads and email templates are stored locally on your device. LeadLens does not operate a developer-controlled server that receives or stores your scanned images, leads, or templates.
If you ask LeadLens to look for a public email address, the app may connect directly to the website you provide and publicly available pages on that site. Those websites may receive standard network information, such as your IP address and the app's user-agent, under their own privacy policies.
LeadLens does not send email automatically. When you open a draft in an email app, the information is passed to the email app you select and is then governed by that provider's privacy policy. If you export leads as a CSV file, you control where that file is saved or shared.
LeadLens does not include advertising and does not track you across apps or websites. The app does not sell your personal information.
Saved leads and templates remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. You can delete individual leads and templates within LeadLens. Files you export are controlled separately by the destination you choose.
Camera and photo library access are used only when you choose to scan or select an image. You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
LeadLens is not directed to children under 13, and the app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This policy may be updated as LeadLens changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made.
