OneTapSafe ("we", "our", or "the app") puts your privacy first. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application.
OneTapSafe stores the following information locally on your iPhone using iOS UserDefaults:
We collect minimal anonymous analytics data via Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used (e.g. which screens are viewed, how often check-ins occur). This data is anonymous and never linked to your identity.
We do not collect:
When you miss a daily check-in, the app sends an alert email to your emergency contacts via our email service (Resend API). The only data transmitted is your name and your contact's email address. We do not store these emails on any server beyond delivery.
OneTapSafe offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly, annual, lifetime) processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit 2. We do not collect or store your payment information. Subscription status is verified directly with Apple on-device.
OneTapSafe is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You can delete all your data at any time via Settings → Reset All Data in the app, or by uninstalling the app from your device.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
