By downloading or using Property Miles ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Property Miles is a mileage tracking application designed for real estate professionals and property managers. The App automatically tracks trips using GPS and motion sensors and provides reports for tax and business purposes.

3. Subscription

Property Miles offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Monthly: $4.99/month
• Annual: $39.99/year (includes a 7-day free trial)

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the accuracy of trip records you create or edit
• Verifying mileage data before submitting to tax authorities
• Complying with all applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction
• Keeping your device secure

5. Disclaimer

Property Miles provides mileage tracking tools for informational purposes. We are not tax advisors. Always consult a qualified tax professional for advice specific to your situation. We make no warranties that the mileage data produced by the App will satisfy any particular tax authority's requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Property Miles and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
