1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using OneTap Habit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
3. Subscription Terms
3.1 Free Version
The free version of OneTap Habit allows you to:
- Track 1 habit
- Use Live Activities on Lock Screen
- Set daily reminders
- View basic statistics
3.2 Pro Subscription
Title: OneTap Habit Pro
Price: $1.99 USD per month
Length: Auto-renewable monthly subscription
Pro Features Include:
- Track unlimited habits
- All free features
- Priority support
3.3 Payment and Renewal
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
3.4 Free Trial
If a free trial is offered:
- You can cancel anytime during the trial period without charge
- If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription price
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
3.5 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
- Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro features until the end of the paid period
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the App to harm, threaten, or harass others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OneTap Habit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6. User Data
All habit data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, access, or store your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ONETAP HABIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Service interruption or loss of data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Not Medical Advice
Important: OneTap Habit is a habit tracking tool and is NOT a medical device or health monitoring system. The App should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
10. Changes to the App
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice
- Change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
- Add or remove features
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Displaying an in-app notification
- Requiring acceptance of updated Terms
Your continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App ceases immediately
- You must delete the App from your device
- No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration if mediation fails
15. Apple Requirements
These Terms are between you and OneTap Habit, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure to conform to warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund, and Apple has no other warranty obligation.
16. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their App Store refund policies. To request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find OneTap Habit Pro subscription
- Select "Request a refund"
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OneTap Habit regarding the App.
