Data Stored on Your Device
RentalKeeper stores rental property, tenant, transaction, category, and matching-rule information locally on your device using Apple platform storage.
No Bank Login
RentalKeeper does not ask for your bank username or password. You choose CSV files or paste CSV text when you want to import transactions.
No Tracking
RentalKeeper does not use third-party tracking and does not sell personal information.
Data Collection
The app is designed to work without creating an account. Unless a future version adds optional cloud or analytics features, rental and financial data remains on your device.
Purchases
Paid features, if purchased, are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. RentalKeeper may receive purchase status needed to unlock app features, but does not receive your payment card details.
Support Emails
If you contact support by email, your email address and message contents will be used only to respond to your request.
