By downloading or using OneTapSafe ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the developer of OneTapSafe. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Subscriptions

OneTapSafe offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

Subscription prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

3. Permitted Use

OneTapSafe is a personal safety check-in tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

OneTapSafe is not a medical device and is not a substitute for emergency services. Always call 911 (or your local emergency number) in a real emergency. The app is designed as a supplemental safety check-in tool only.

5. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the app, including missed check-ins or undelivered notifications due to network conditions, device settings, or other factors outside our control.

6. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Apple's Standard EULA

This app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
