LandLedger helps small rental property owners organize income, expenses, tenants, and tax-year summaries from local CSV imports and manual entries.
Common Questions
- How do I import transactions? Export a CSV file from your bank, then open LandLedger and choose Import > Choose Chase CSV. You can also paste CSV text.
- Does the app connect to my bank? No. LandLedger does not require a bank login. You choose the CSV file to import.
- Can I add transactions manually? Yes. Tap the plus button on the Import screen to add cash payments, off-bank expenses, or adjustments.
- Can I fix a wrong match? Yes. Move a transaction back to Inbox from the property detail screen, then review and assign it again.
