These Terms of Use govern your use of the MalaWatch application ("the App") on iPhone and Apple Watch. By downloading or using MalaWatch, you agree to these terms.
MalaWatch is licensed to you, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

The current version of MalaWatch does not offer In-App Purchases, subscriptions, paid unlocks, or paid Apple Watch access. All current app features are included without purchase.
MalaWatch is a personal mindfulness and counting tool. You agree to use it only for lawful, personal purposes consistent with its intended function as a mala bead, prayer, and mantra counter.
All content in MalaWatch — including the 3D bead designs, visual themes, chant guide, haptic patterns, and interface design — is the intellectual property of the developer. All rights reserved.
The Om Mani Padme Hum mantra is a traditional Tibetan Buddhist practice in the public domain. MalaWatch's specific presentation and implementation of the chant guide is original work.
MalaWatch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
MalaWatch is a counting and practice aid only. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or religious device, and makes no claims about health or spiritual outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MalaWatch, including loss of data or loss of practice records.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
